Disclaimer: The Real Estate Licensing Academy (also referred to as “RELA”) reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or change class times and dates at any time and for any reason. In any event, RELA will work with attendees to reschedule missed classes. Online class attendees are required to turn on their video and audio options for the entire class in order to receive credits. RELA reserves the right to cause attendees to be removed temporarily or permanently from class(es) should the instructor(s) deem at their sole discretion, an attendee to be disruptive, noncompliant or disrespectful to others. RELA reserves the right to deliver classes in an alternative format due to unforeseen circumstances. RELA shares registration information with the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons, vendors, course instructors, guest speakers, and/or participating sponsors and brokerages.
VIDEO / AUDIO REQUIREMENT: For online classes, the licensee understands and agrees they are required to turn their video & audio features on their device & be visible during the entire class in order to receive credits. Please be sure that your Zoom Screen Name is your full name. If we are unable to identify you when we take attendance, credits will not be issued. To change your screen name, place your cursor over the top right corner of your zoom video picture and three dots will appear. Click and select "rename." Type your name. If you have difficulty, ask the instructor for further assistance. Instructor will take screenshots during the meeting.
DULY LICENSED ATTENDEE: Continuing Education class attendee is a duly licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson in the State of Massachusetts.
